These shin protectors prevent and relieve overheating and pain on the shins at pressure points in high-top shoes.

They are therefore very effective in shoes used for winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, hockey, rollerblading, ice skating, mountaineering...).

How do they work?
The effectiveness of shin protectors relies on EPITELIUMTACT 03, a cushioning silicone gel capable of reducing friction and pressure on the skin.

Self-adhesive, it ensures optimal grip for the protectors throughout the activity. These shin protectors are very thin (2 mm); they cause no discomfort and can be forgotten in all types of high-top shoes.

Instructions for use

Usage tips for silicone shin protectors

Use the shin protectors on clean, dry skin.
You can remove and reposition them without restriction.
Preferably, pull a sock over them.
After use, place the protectors on the storage case provided and store them in the metallic sachet until next use.

How to care for the protectors?
Ski shin protectors are hand washable (without rubbing) with water and soap. Allow to air dry naturally. Dispose of and replace the device as soon as cracks appear in the gel or when fabric degradation occurs.

How many times can ski shin protectors be washed and reused?
Ski shin protectors can withstand about thirty washes without their properties being altered. It is recommended to wash them after each use to maintain their self-adhesive properties by removing any dust and impurities. By cleaning their surface, you restore their initial adhesive properties.

Can they be used for other purposes?
Yes, silicone shin protectors can be used, for example, during hiking to relieve chafing on the shoulders caused by backpack straps.
