General warranty conditions

For all our brands, if you encounter technical problem or notice a manufacturing anomaly on a product, please contact us by e-mail at warranty@abritu-sport.com  to obtain a warranty request form.

 

Specificity of the COROS warranty

In the event of a problem with a COROS product, our retailers must not take back any COROS products they have sold in their store or on their online sales site.

In order to deal with the problem more quickly,  it is up to the end consumer to contact COROS technical support via the COROS application or by e-mail at support@coros.com.

COROS offers a 2-year warranty from the original activation date for watches and accessories that contain batteries such as the POD, POD 2, Heart Rate Monitor and DURA.

For COROS products like watch straps, buckles, charging cables, and other items that do not have batteries, we offer a 6-month warranty. This warranty covers the product manufacturing defects and ensures they meet our company standards.
