Processing orders

After placing your order on our B2B platform, you will receive an initial email confirming the submission of your order.

Once a member of our team has verified product availability, you will receive a second email confirming your order, detailing:

the products available immediately, those currently being restocked, and those that cannot be delivered as they are permanently out of stock.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email listing the products dispatched along with your carrier tracking number.
